• Access may be delayed, restricted, or suspended if a payment fails, is reversed, or remains past due.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the policy presented on the sales page, checkout page, order form, agreement, or written offer associated with your purchase. Because many offerings include immediate access to digital materials, live support, communities, or limited-capacity services, certain purchases may be nonrefundable once access or delivery begins.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue. Filing a fraudulent or improper chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access and collection of amounts lawfully owed.

No Earnings or Results Guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee income, clients, approvals, business growth, professional credentials, tax-season performance, or any other specific outcome.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, recordings, templates, guides, workbooks, systems, graphics, branding, written content, presentations, downloads, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Exodus Wealth Academy and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased materials for your own education and business implementation. Unless we provide written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, teach from, upload, share login credentials for, modify for resale, or create competing products from our materials.

Community & Program Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully and not engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, fraud, unauthorized solicitation, infringement, disruption, or conduct that harms other participants, our team, our systems, or our reputation.

We may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access without refund when conduct violates these terms, threatens safety, disrupts the learning environment, misuses confidential information, or infringes the rights of others.

Confidentiality

During programs, mentorships, communities, consultations, or group sessions, you may learn private information about other participants or their businesses. You agree not to record, disclose, publish, distribute, or misuse confidential information shared by participants or our team without permission.

Technology & Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, email, text messaging, video meetings, communities, course hosting, file delivery, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party outages, security practices, availability, policies, or content.

You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, devices, software, login credentials, and backups needed to participate in or access an offering.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exodus Wealth Academy and its owner, contractors, team members, instructors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, clients, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use an offering.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Exodus Wealth Academy for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exodus Wealth Academy, Shante Washington, and their team members, contractors, instructors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or unlawful business activities.

Changes, Availability & Termination

We may update, replace, reschedule, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, bonuses, platforms, instructors, delivery methods, community features, or program components when reasonably necessary. When a material change affects a paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property violations, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these terms.

Governing Law & Disputes
